    • Who is Eligible? Established borrowers with banking relationships
      • Non US citizen with a valid passport and visa
      • Owner occupied and second homes
      • Up to 65% LTV max
      • Max $650,000 loan amount
      • Borrowers who are politically exposed (PEP) are ineligible.
      • International credit reports are required for all borrowers.
      • All borrowers must provide a letter of reference on company letterhead from a financial or banking institution. Any translation must be completed and attached to the reference letter, signed, and dated by a certified translator.

      • Standard Reserves: Minimum 24 months PITI liquid reserves with minimum 12 months held in a US Bank.
